With the original goal of flying high as a pilot, Patagraph, also known as Victor Haeglin, eventually found his heart drawn to the arts, leading him to pick up a camera and learn to tell sculpted stories through stop motion.
His self-taught skills grabbed the attention of brands and artists like Hulu, Expedia and Breakbot, creating uniquely handmade surreal worlds built frame by frame.
Today, Patagraph is a world-renowned stop motion artist with work in festivals around the globe, frequently giving talks and live demos at Annecy and other events as one of the craft’s most original voices.
